The same problem-solving approach that handled Colorado mountain terrain now solves drainage, grading, and access problems in Marquette County.
How Our Work Took Shape
Lee left Colorado and came back to Michigan when family priorities changed. What started as property management for a client’s second home evolved into construction work, then excavation services when local demand became clear. Cornerstone handles the work that keeps Upper Peninsula properties functional—drainage that floods foundations, gravel driveways that wash out every spring, land that needs proper grade before building starts.
